PLANNING
A Boston Charity Poker representative will meet with you to plan the size of the event and entry fees to help you meet your fundraising goals. We will clearly explain all the financial aspects before and following the event so you can properly set expectations and measure them.
EQUIPMENT
We will provide all the equipment necessary for a professional, Vegas-style event. You will utilize custom-built eight-foot tables, customized clay poker chips, card-room quality poker cards, game accessories, professional time-keeping and tournament software.
PROMOTION
We have many years of experience in attracting participants to events. We send email blasts to our email database of over 500+ players located in and around the Boston area. We also work with your organization to help design an event flyer to promote your poker night via email, direct mail distribution and Boston Charity Poker's website.
DEALERS
Knowledgeable, friendly dealers make an event a success. Boston Charity Poker will train your volunteers prior to the event to be effective dealers and teach them how to control the table and help the action run smoothly.
